Achieve a Sexier and Shapelier Figure with a Butt Lift

Butt Lift in Tijuana Mexico

Having a saggy, flat, and less than appealing buttocks can make you feel unattractive and lead to poor self-confidence. A butt lift (gluteoplasty) can enhance and reshape your buttocks, making it fuller, rounder, and more voluptuous. Our plastic surgery team uses specialized techniques to lift and add volume to your buttocks to create a more attractive silhouette. At LIMARP® in Tijuana, México , we use the latest in advanced technology, ensuring that each patient’s butt lift is efficient and as comfortable as possible.

Is a Butt Lift Right for You?

A butt lift is often recommended for patients who wish to improve:

While this procedure can dramatically enhance your figure, a butt lift is not recommended for every patient.

Special Considerations

You should be in good overall health before undergoing a butt lift. Additionally, you should be committed to maintaining a stable, healthy weight. If you are planning to become pregnant in the near future, you should postpone undergoing a butt lift until after you are finished growing your family. Any significant weight gain can alter your results. If you smoke or consume alcohol regularly, you will need to quit these habits before surgery and abstain during your recovery to avoid complications and improve results.

Planning Your Treatment

Every procedure is planned with your unique goals in mind. Our team will also provide their professional recommendations to guide you toward results that will be the most flattering for your figure. During your initial consultation, our plastic surgery team will discuss the butt lift options available to you, and the benefits of each to help determine which is best suited to your needs. It is recommended that you bring examples of your ideal results such as photos of your younger self or a celebrity.

Foreign patients will be asked to email specific photographs to help us determine which procedure best responds to their needs.

Our team will also help you establish realistic expectations so you can know exactly what to expect after your procedure. We will take all the time necessary to answer any questions or concerns you may have before proceeding.

Types of Butt Lift Surgery

Each butt lift performed at our surgical facility (gluteoplasty) is tailored to the patient’s cosmetic goals. However, there are generally two augmentation techniques that can be used:

Fat Transfer

Patients who want to add volume using their own tissue often prefer fat transfer with liposuction, also known as a Brazilian butt lift. A butt lift performed using fat transfer is less invasive and can also refine problem areas.

During this procedure, your plastic surgeon will remove excess fat from another area of your body, such as the thighs, abdomen, or back. Once the fat is removed, it will be purified and carefully inserted into the buttocks. This technique can provide substantial results but some patients might choose to undergo touch-ups over time.

Patients who wish to undergo a Brazilian butt lift will need to have excess fat deposits in another area of their body that can be used for the procedure. If you do not, you may need to consider implants instead.

Implants

Butt implants are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and even textures to help patients achieve their desired results. This method is beneficial for patients desiring even more dramatic results.

Typically, a butt lift with implants requires about three to four hours to complete. During the procedure, our team will create discreet incisions that follow your natural curves and carefully place your implants to ensure the best possible outcome.

It is important to note that if you are allergic to silicone, a rare but serious consideration, this method is not recommended.

Recovering from a Butt Lift

Your recovery will vary based on the type of procedure you undergo. Once the surgery is complete, your plastic surgeon will apply the appropriate bandages and compression garments to help minimize swelling and bruising. Immediately following surgery, you may experience some discomfort, but you will be able to walk. When resting, it is important to follow special instruction so as not to disrupt the injected fat tissue or implants.

The day after your procedure, our plastic surgery team will monitor your results and adjust your compression garments and any dressings. Most patients are able to return to work and normal activity within one to two weeks and are cleared for physical activity around week five or six. For at least the first six weeks after your surgery, you will be advised to sleep on your stomach to help prevent surgical complications. Follow-up appointments will be scheduled at different markers throughout your recovery so your plastic surgeon can ensure you are responding well to surgery. Over the course of the next year, as swelling subsides and your body heals, you will begin to enjoy your newer, enhanced silhouette.
